In theory and in practice.
Given the right conditions the theory and practice of an idea don’t always quite match up.The RB211 ice shedding spinner here not quite shedding all the ice. Idea being the tip is made of flexible material which causes any ice build up to crack and fall off. At low RPM when on the ground sometimes it’s not quite so effective.
